Eligibility for Membership
1. Any person who was a student of Arabic with Arabic as the degree main subject, or as Part II language, or MA, or M. Phil, or Ph.D in the University College at any time, or
2. Who was a teacher in the Department of Arabic, University College, or
3. Who is working as a teacher in the Department of Arabic, University College
Membership Fee
Annual Membership Fee is fixed as Rs.100/- (Rupees one Hundred only), along with a Registration Fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only). Life membership fee will be Rs.1000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) including registration fee. Those who are applying online for membership can send their membership fee through cheque to the following address:

Procedure
Any person satisfying the eligibility above mentioned may submit an application in the prescribed format / apply online seeking admission, along with remitting membership fee & registration fee. The application form can also be downloaded from the website of Department of Arabic. The application shall be placed before the Executive Committee for their consideration and admission to the fraternity, subject to final approval of the General Body.
Cancellation of Membership
In the event of any member not renewing his membership within a continuous period of three years his membership will stand automatically cancelled. General Body has the power to decline membership to anyone or to delete the names of anyone from the list of members on adequate grounds.
